Bengali Association of Pittsburgh

Welcome to the Bengali Association of Greater Pittsburgh (BAP). We are a non profit organization established in 1981 with the goal of keeping the Bengali community connected to their cultural roots via various social and cultural events.
We strive to promote the awareness of Bengali culture and ethos through various cultural events such as traditional musical and dance programs and stage performances.
BAP is run by a group of volunteers who form the Executive Committee (EC). This committee takes charge March of every year and starts the transition next year February. EC works under the guidance of Advisory Committee (AC) which rotates every three years.
Please check the contact section for information on how to stay connected or subscribe to our newsletter, check our full list of upcoming events, view photos from past events, thank our donors, check out some important documents and find out how to pay.
